This policy describes Cedarwell's website, Telegram join tracking and advertising measurement setup. The operator must maintain a monitored privacy contact and accurate business information.

Gold Alpha Syndicate uses essential technology to display the website, protect against abuse, create a unique Telegram invite and record confirmed membership. Where advertising measurement is enabled and no opt-out applies, we may use browser and ad-click identifiers for advertising measurement and disclose them to Meta.

Advertising data may include Meta's _fbp/_fbc cookies, real ad-click identifiers, browser and device information, IP address, page and campaign parameters, and whether a Telegram account joined through the website's unique invite. We use this data for ad reporting and optimisation, including Meta Conversions API. No phone number or email address is obtained merely from joining the channel.

Your Privacy Choices

You can opt out of advertising sharing here. We honor supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. We do not require advertising tracking to join. Advertising measurement remains disabled for browsers that opt out or send a supported Global Privacy Control signal. Security checks and basic join records may still be necessary to run the service.

Telegram joining and contact

When you use our link, Telegram may send a membership update to our administrator bot. We may record the Telegram user identifier, available username and name, join time, channel and invite used. A unique link helps us connect a website visit to a join; it does not verify the person's identity. This flow does not grant permission to send you separate unsolicited messages.

Storage and providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, rate limiting and a protected database; Telegram handles channel membership; Meta receives advertising events only if permitted; Google Fonts provides website fonts. Sensitive matching data in the application is encrypted, with initial configurable personal-record retention of 90 days. Pseudonymous records may be retained longer to avoid counting repeat membership as a new acquisition. Retention and international-transfer practices are reviewed periodically and updated when the service or its providers change.

Your requests

You may ask for applicable access, correction or deletion rights. Advertising opt-outs can be made through the website without creating an account. The operator's privacy contact must be configured before advertising activation.
